Very limited details on this one thus far but there will be a new company coming in of some sort according to the most recent 8K out.

The new CEO is Anthony Gallo, don't have much info on him beyond being associated with another OTC company Quamtel Inc(QUMI)and QUMI has run many promos in the past.
