It is very unclear, but it seems that Skyocean signed some sort of agreement with a Mongolian company. Doesn't appear to be an acquisition for CMV. If there is an agreement & it is with CMV, then CMV should be putting out a press release disclosing this information. However, the date of the "agreement" was Nov 5th & so far not a peep out of CMV.
