If you look beyond some of the BS on this board and what Frank has really done you wouldn't thnk that way...eh tradewell.

The financials should be out shortly so lets just wait for those before assuming anything or arguing anymore about it.

One thing you need to keep in mind is how Frank stated many times he (just like us) was PO'd about the PPS. I believe this alone was a big factor in the amount of shares issued for aquisitions. If was had been a penny or above the shares issued would have been a fraction of what they are. Obviously Frank had a chance to buy some assets and thought it would be a good move in the long run. Being a businessman I can understand this andI tend to agree with him.
