No, not for skin cancer. They have worked on applications to the FDA for a number of ailments, which in the past probably had little effect due to for one a lack of experience and a more hostile cultural and legal climate. That's why the current legalization movement is such good news for CBIS, and why they have brought a whole number of people on board with experience in big pharma and with FDA applications.
