See, it's a little confusing, and this is why the market didn't react favorably. No, from what I now know, Vringo got $30MM + 3 1/2% running royalties from Nov 2011 until now. And this is based on an earlier question the jury asked the judge. Anyways, it is believed that the judge will use the same number as the jury, 3 1/2%, but we wont know until he tells us, most likely tomorrow.
