The additional 50 Million shares outstanding does not sit well with me and I'm hoping one of you can provide a logical response. BW did say he was not going to sell anymore shares for market capitalized.

If the product was profitable, BW should have been able to pay for marketing expenses without borrowing from shareholders.

The pps has rebounded from its lows last week, but again this doesn't seem right in the long haul if BW plans to execute a buy back. Why issue more shares?
