Well some of the Management is the same and some are not and appear to have no role in the other company. Many executives of one company or another have similar or sometimes other roles in other company's, sometimes affiliated and sometime not, means nothing until there is one Company, one Group of Management and one group of Stock with one Symbol, which is not the case here and until it is, there is nothing to talk about and everything else is fiction and mindless babble.
Again, Just because a separate company Reports on Interests or Holdings with a Consolidated Financial Statement that effectively means nothing! There are 2 separate groups of Stock and 2 separate company's who happen to be affiliated by the fact one company owns an interest in the other company, probably because that's where the real money is and I can't blame them for that.
Every Legal mention of ProEltie mentioned anywhere and everywhere including recent cases reflecting Legal Filing with the SEC have solely mentioned Proelite Inc.
The US Government itself and most importantly the SEC see them as completely Separate Entities, they then by every definition are separate Legal entities.
Again I say they are nothing more than Shareholders until we see one Company, one Symbol, one Board and one group of Shareholders.
I continue to believe there is value ProElite and it's product and I cannot speak of or for Stratus.
