I disagree that PWEI currently listed as CAVEAT EMPTOR is "old news." This company is another Russell Kidder pump and dump scam. What do you think the OTC Markets would think about a currently traded company dismissing it's CAVEAT EMPTOR listing. It's there for a reason...because investors should be cautious..!!
