At this point in time there is a high probably that Justice King is keeping notes in respect to the degree of unsupported claims make by Motivation in order to see the emeralds. Thereafter, the Justice is noting the value Motivation put on the emeralds. This in itself will probably destroy their sanction theory. Acccordingly, it is highly probabe the Justice will ask both sides to address the sanctions of JTR thereafter via briefs. But the big question mark is for Orrv according to the sp - the amount the emeralds are worth not the contract with JTR.
