OK - I'm doing this on a laptop in a hotel room so you'll have to excuse the bad spelling and jumbled syntax but I just wanted you all to know that I did talk to the C.E.O. of AAPT this morning (Yes - I was able to get through) and believe it or NOT we actually had a VERY CORDIAL - VERY FRANK - VERY HONEST - VERY INTELLIGENT - and most importantly a VERY INFORMATIVE conversation. Now - I never post on a public message board what I talk to or hear from any of the C.E.O.'s that I talk to because if I ever did that then none of them would ever talk to me again - BUT - I will say this. Damn laptop - let me try this again. I did hear some VERY GOOD - VERY POSITIVE news pertaining to ALL OF THE QUESTIONS THAT I HAVE BEEN HAVING ABOUT AAPT and, believe me, I asked ALL of those questions in a VERY BLUNT - VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD kind of way. I know whenever someone is trying to just give me a whole lot of B.S. (SPIN) and this is NOT what I was hearing. (hold on - door bell). OK - back again but I've got to end this (people waiting for me). All that I can really say to you guys is that I really DO now feel a whole lot more comfortable and a whole lot more confident about my investment in AAPT after talking to the C.E.O. and - most importantly to me - I really do now feel a LOT more empathy and - Yes - even a lot more sympathy with what they are trying to do - BUT - I now really DO feel that they will be able to actually DO IT!! I'll try to find the time to post more later and hopefully be able to feel in some of the blank spaces. Bottom line - I now have a whole new appreciation of what they are trying to accomplish and it really is a whole lot HARDER then I ever even dreamed or imagined that it was. Seriously - THIS IS NOT AN EASY THING TO BE DOING!! The answers that I got were (IMO) very HONEST answers and that is really all that I could ask for. Have a nice day.
