How's the appeal process going with on the delisting from the Nasdaq? Has it been stayed or denied.

AONE IR responds

See 8-k filing of Oct. 23rd

In which we state that "The company anticipates that the suspension of the company's securities and the filing of the Form 25-NSE will be stayed pending a Hearing Panel's decision on the appeal".

I email them back and ask has a hearing date been scheduled.
