Piper Jaffray raises their tgt to $34 from $30 after the co pre-announced Q3 ending subscribers last week of approx 3.6 mln, nearly 160K above firm's 3.4 mln est. Firm raises their Q3 and 2005-06 ests above consensus. Firm's recent survey of 300 Internet users showed a large segment of the online population have yet to even consider subscribing to an online DVD rental service despite spending significant amounts on DVDs each month. This survey gives confidence that Netflix is still early in its adoption cycle with a huge unpenetrated market to address. Reits Outperform.
