Well, it will be an audited filing for 2011 and prior. Transparency is good, but the chatter will be it is history and before Tom Allinder. I doesn't have near as much significants as the 3 Q unaudited filing which will be due no later than Nov. 15th. That will show the sales for from July 1, 2012 and Oct. 1, 2012. Good luck with the importance for trading on the 10K as it is likely to be very short lived, imo.
