At that point in time, there wasn't much left in CZ's Ants portfolio. He only had a couple hundred thousand more to lose. It was almost zero.

I don't recall ever hearing about that one or reading it on this board.

The expected dates of the filing keep getting pushed back further and further on this board. First it's Oct, then Nov., now it's the end of the year. All Doc needs to do is file the first 10-Q dated Oct. 2011. But if JK refuses to give up documents to complete the filing, then it's going to be a long wait.

The funding stopped as of the end of July per his CEO Corner blog. No more mention of the Preferred Offering. Wouldn't you like to know how Ants has been funded over the past two and a half months?
