The fact is that Solomon Lee has been issuing stock for more than 2 years, basically destroying the share price. I have provided evidence of this. Every single share has been dumped, mostly at the worst possible time (after earnings release). I do not know of any other CEO who would voluntarily kill the stock.

Potential investors need to consider this fact if they want to purchase shares of the company. Because the dumpsters will win and the buyers will lose. Also known as a Pump & Dump Scam.
