Tmob needs to read my posts. There is only one way out of this problem they have and that is with a very large settlement. The daic parties do not want to settle this case prior to trial because it sets a precedent for all other cases they may want to bring to court. What the daic parties want is validation by the court, a small settlement will not work. This case will go to trial because Tmob's lawyers don't realize yet that the daic parties don't want or need to settle prior to trial. The daic parties get the most bang for the buck once this case goes to trial. At that point an injunction will be issued and the daic parties will be like a pit bull hanging on a rabbit. Tmob's attorneys might be thinking they can negotiate their way out of this, but that isn't going to happen. The daic parties do not want to negotiate.
