So ?? The latest attempt at submitting a CORRECT S-1 has now been filed. I wonder how many times these idiots will do this before the S E C tells them ENOUGH or they change the Record Date for the Spin-off and declare a NEW one IN ADVANCE ( like it should be ). This has been a real clown show so far. Meanwhile they have finally mentioned pumping out the old mine workings. Two submersible pumps now in action. BIG WOOO !!!!!!!!!! I wonder where they are getting the money to pay the people working at the Ekom Eya. This might all be a big big stall because they are finding it very difficult to raise money right now. They are just teasing all of us along because they are still broke.
