This link takes you to the correspondence between UBRG & SEC back in May 2012; it all relates to the YE 2010 filing. You can read both the SEC's query and the response from UBRG. The review IS this correspondence, and what the SEC decided from it, resulting in the letter & the 'wrist slap'.
