they don't convert at .075 unless they believe that they can get substantially more than that (factoring in the dilution)in the market or from a buyout.

thats the questions isn't it. and exactly why i think they will
not convert. the investor isn't relying on the conversion
to make the deal profitable for them. It's a nice deal without
the warrants. it's a "lottery" clause.
