Curious case of the authorized share count...

On or about 12 March 2012, CATA filed an amendment with the Florida SOS increasing authorized common stock to 999,990,000.
This is reflected in the most recent 10Q filing:


999,990,000 shares authorized


Yesterday they filed an amended 10-K with the SEC. No new filings in Florida. I windiff'd the original 10-K and the amended filing. What jumped out at me was:


4,999,500,000 shares authorized


Ouch. Is that correct and if so where did that come from? Dang...
