A case for 'CLNP' - part of a hot beverage / pink area.
Per CLNP's recent activity. . .
I agree that Fri is the 'set-up' day for CLNP's next push higher. Fridays are generally slow trading days. However..., I wouldn't be surprised to see CLNP test the 4s. The trend is our friend here.. & CLNP's higher-highs and higher-lows are now firmly in place. Today's test of 3 is significant. It was a short, sharp pullback with a positive outcome. Stocks can be symmetrical at times (technically). A short pullback (whether monthly, daily, or intraday) - is often followed-up by an equally sharp rebound. This is especially apparent during 'wash-out' periods, when sellers are finally exhausted.
I think CLNP is poised for a breakout. And soon. We all know the float is thin & a PR is the fuel. However the technicals suggest a more organic, determined move toward a penny or two. It's putting in the time down at these levels.. Like a train getting ready to pull out of the station. Dont get me wrong, this stock is a trader's paradise. CLNP is a volatile little bugger. A quick 5 - 10 ticks can be captured every other day. I've done some of this, but am now leaning toward the buy and hold idea. I just think the move is coming soon, and I ain't chasing. All of you & I are the early birds here. This will get to 1 penny - 1.5 penny soon. Dont believe me? Check these out:
MACD - Peaked over zero today. Is crossing. No brainer
RSI (14) - stair-stepping up in the 'buy-zone' here at 59.
TRIX - Converging right above zero.
These oscillators scream: -- What are you waiting for!! Get In!!
Volume is telling too. Clnp exhausted the last of the sellers a few days back -- remember those sloooowww 3 mill vol days in there? Now we're churning. Back above 10 mil shares / day last few days. Guess what.. that ain't slowing down anytime soon!. Volume is confirming reversal in trend - within it's longer-term trend.
So to all you new folks thinking about investing, - I say 'Go for it!'. This company, unlike many pinks, is growing, making money.. Charts eventually reflect this. With the float, increasing momentum, accumulation/dist, you're going to see a mover and a # 1 Hubber pretty soon. Trust me.
