On Friday evening, he (Doug Fant, Attorney) contacted me asking if he had followed up with me. I told him he had not. Here is the email string from that conversation:

Anthony,

Thanks. Well I did talk with Chris Davey who is CEO of EVM and friends with Alex a couple of weeks ago. He said that he hadn't spoken with Alex for a while. Let me try giving Alex a buzz and see if I can find out what is happening....

Sincerely,

Doug F.

No. You were going to talk to someone and get back with me. I figured you were busy. I do appreciate all your help.

Doug,

Sorry to keep bothering you but you seem to be the only one I can get a hold of concerning DMXC. Do you know of any status changes on this stock?

Thanks for your time,

Anthony

Hey Doug, I emailed him that same day (March 30th) to no avail. Have you heard any more of what the status is with DMXC or have updated contact information? I do appreciate your time and help!

Anthony,

What happened to Delta is that the Madoff fiasco came along. After that disaster, the SEC decided, amongst other steps, to purge the pink sheets of any company with an irregularity in its papers or exchange registration. Delta had merged in 2001 or 2002 into an unrelated corporate entity. That original corporation had missed filing its annual SEC papers in 2001. Since that entity no longer existed in 2009-2010, Delta had no way to correct that error.

But Delta is alive and kicking. The asset controlled by Delta is a pretty good mineral asset and Alex is working trying to JV with a larger mining company. I don't know if Delta will be successful, but but check with Alex for the details here: alex.livak@gmail.com

If Alex does not respond, let me know.

Sincerely,

Doug F.
