Actually a friend sent it to me, but I had posted on the board the other day that I called GotVape directly and although I don't live in a MMJ state, they were prepared to send me one. So apparently only the website has the restriction.

If you call GotVape directly you should be able to procure one no prob! Let us know how it goes!
