OTC Pink-Limited Tier Classification.

Who can verify that RSMI has been classified as a PL by the OTC?

The OTC Pink Limited Tier designates a stock as being issued by a company that is

1. Not meeting current reporting requirements (like SEC 10k/10q filings),
2. Fiscally/financially distressed,
3. Bankrupt.

Which of the criteria does RSMI meet for that classification? One of them, two of them, or all three?

An astute investor would want to know before casting coin on the gambling cloth to wager on a corpse. All IMHO.
