i see some small buying in the past 2 days.
with out too much trouble, im to lazy and yet too busy and i can not get to their web site for the life of me, can someone give me the following (please no flames about doing my own work because im sure a poster with interest in lkpl would not mind leading a potential investor):
1. authorized shares
2. outstanding shares (pinksheets has 20.3mil)
3. float
4. insider holders and officers no. of shares and future options
5. any toxic financing like cornell etc....
6. future plans to go to another exchange
7. name of legal firm representing co.
8. names of the b.o.d.
i dont neet anything on johns hopkins, im familiar with them.
thanks, it will be a statr to build my type of dd.
