I'm here to see Sunriver get to the end out of curiosity more than anything else. I do have a very small amount invested. If the New Mexico acres are finally brought to some sort of shareholder value as has been stated it could, then that's when my curiosity is satisfied and I will move on. New Mexico is the key to what happens to SNRV. At some point it will be developed by someone, given that the world won't invent that new unlimited power source in the next 50 years. Just going over the numbers it would seem that with the debt they have they are worth well over what they are trading at if everything is sold at fair prices.
