Many pennies have maxed out AS diluted to no bid and then R/S and start all over. You have over 700 million shares. If you issue billions of shares for acquisitions than this will always be a penny stock and at some point you would have to RS to get uplisted to a real exchange. If you lowered AS to 1 billion and used shares you already owned for acquisition at higher prices than you would be talking about a good stock investment.
