I'm not sure if you are serious when asking what is the significance of doing a 4 year contract with a multi billion dollar company is? :(

Next,is it legal and possible that Steve lies about the BIG COMPANIES that they are having partnership with?

You do know that no matter what Company it is some deals will fall through....right? Can you explain who tricked ClearChannel into issuing a PR with Steve's and Icplaces name in it?

IMO if the $12 Million isn't there this quarter I'll be okay given my experiences with some really bad Penny Stocks.

Possible PunchTV income reasons could be due to viewership but not that footprint is expanding is another reason IMO 2013 will be a time when we will see if what Steve is putting together bears fruit.

IMO if anyone is expected ICPA to hit a Dollar or 50 cents before years end might be very frustrated, it may not hit 30 cents by early next but I'm long in this so I can wait longer until more pieces are in place....IMO in this game we are still in the 2nd Quarter and not quite half time....so there is still time for Steve to score a major victory.....meanwhile some ICPA fans are seen leaving the stands....hey where you going! it's not half time yet....there are still 2 quarters left before the game is over ;)
