Watchdog Writes: ""the company has a definite pattern of promising high and delivering low or not at all.""

...Do you mean "pattern" as in a predictable sequence of events, or more as a repeated, integrated design (as on a quilt)?

Watchdog Writes: ""which was based on their car business and the portfolio they were building.""

Do you mean "building" (as in a "structure") or "building" as in the construction of a more complex object. And is your word "based" meant to be interpreted as a "grounded situation" (as in "home base") or is it more like "having to do with something" -- or -- "being associated with" (as in "based upon")?

My point is, watchdog, that you can't read a bunch of hypothetical bunk into one of NAUG's press releases, twist the wording around, and then try to make it mean something other than what it was intended to mean. ....Likewise, you can't expect people to NOT do the same with what an antinaug writes (i.e., "ZERO") after they have previously done this to NAUG!

A "Goal" is just that ...a (((GOAL))), guy!! "Goals" are targets that we set for ourselves as levels we hope to achieve at some future time. NAUG is well on their way to making their goal. They are 511 units farther along than YOU say they are. ...And I know of ZERO companies out there that set future goals at a lower amount than what they are currently producing right now.
