Jagman AMEP testing .14 In response to your question reguarding the BDC.....10Q note concerning the BDC(Business Development Company), when AMEP becomes profitable(less than a year to profitability per the CEO note on the web site),

...per the 10Q:
"98% of AMEP income will be distributed on a quarterly basis to AMEP stockholders (both income and net capital gains)".
