Hey Gary, these pumpers are already on the SEC and FINRA screens, so I would suspect that there will be some interesting conversations if the next couple weeks.
That one post (the one with Pfizer) is too funny to even comment on. It also will get someone put in jail. The drug listed in the post is not even a Genta drug. This is just plain bull. I also did a few quick searches and found that someone is hyping this same stuff on a bunch of other boards. We see this all the time on these type of stocks. The problem is, I KNOW that the SEC and FINRA are already looking at what has been going on with GENTA, so how dumb can someone be to think they can get away with this? It is like trying to steal in front of a cop.
And the sad thing is that EVERYONE should know that the SEC and FINRA is watching. They STOPPED the last reverse split and then the attempt to do the backdoor reverse with the move to California. WE KNOW THEY DID THIS. So why would anyone think that you could come here and post outright lies and get away with it????
If you have any shares you can play this hype. Anyone who knows anything about this company knows that the company is done. Hell, some of the company officials are having to sell their homes! But I suspect that some of the finance people are trying their best to get something from their worthless shares.
But you might be able to trade the hype. I won't because I don't own any shares. But if someone does, they might be able to get something for them if the hype continues.
But it won't last . Sooner or later the SEC is going to shut this down. And anyone who is stuck with shares will lose it all.
If Pfizer, or any other drug company for that matter, wants to own these drugs they do not have to deal with Ray or anyone else who was connected to the company in the past. All they have to do is contact the Court and tell them they want to bid on the drugs. They will be able to buy them from the Court for a few hundred thousand dollars.
The other thing I have suggested to people who want to confirm what is happening with the drugs is to check on the trials that were underway. If things were moving forward the trials should be still on-going. You see how that suggestion worked out.
