Could this switch of the OTCBB to the Nasd effective Oct 1st have something to do with HISC delaying in filing? Just a thought, but maybe if the OTCBB was going through some changes HISC would just wait until the process finished before filing...once again just a thought...does anybody have any thoughts/opinions on this?
