Just for giggles, let's say that the PTI battery is presented to Hybrid X on November 1st. Given the past exercises in testing, how long must one expect the testing and testing and testing to take place before Hybrid X actually approves of the design and makes a move?

It took 6 years to bring the Snaper battery to the point that it might be worthy. So how is it we re-invent the wheel and expect overnight results?

Doesn't make sense to me.

I am prepared to be enlightened.
