honestly malvern, the stock could still go to a dollar but no one knows for sure what the hell is going on.

You have a CEO that was involved in a nationwide ponzi scheme where investigation is still ongoing. Now you have a major share increase to fund a 2 mil credit line because he burnt through all of HDDC's money.

You have their IR guy doing damage control because the shareholders just got whacked.
