Your Honor, IDCC's patents sale has nothing and absolutely nothing to do with the above patents infringement issue. With regard to the sale, it is well within its right to sell its own property.

Besides, pNokia is not currently licensed and we are only asking for a convenient license in this situation.

Furthermore if they really feel being disadvantage, they should hurry up their ass and sign a license, Your Honor.
