It makes more sense come to think of it that guyer would not put in a S-8 until right after the R/S. Then he can set up his paychecks with the new ticker. No sense in making one with cgfia now. Should be followed closely with the new Sched 14C to raise the new ticker's authorized. Unless of course guyer combines it all into the R/S announcement thus saving himself trouble and pocket cash with a pesky extra PR or 2.
