Here is where the 78 bars come from, the prior range. 78 pips and 78 bars. 1.0517 target I would think at 106 bars from the top. It say 87 there right now but it's actually 106 because there is no bar yet for 9-1.
the government cannot give anything to anyone -- that they have not first taken away from someone else.
