I'm still around.... and as a few suggested a quiet period only in the sense Mgt. is busy working towards adding value to shareholders.

Getting off pinks
Reducing SS
Creating less risk for investors who desire a full reporting company, i.e. institutions-others.

I don't have any specific's.... I just know now is the time for the above scenario since we are selling the S/Cap in 41 countries through two well known distribution channels.

Frick and GAOrfid so that Mgt is able to focus solely on the shareholder.

It's a very good time to set back, relax about your investment to include a very comfortable and solid base PPS.

Don't forget about what we learned from the shareholders meeting.
* Continual quarter after quarter sales increase, profits growing
* Open to a merger
* 8 to 10 figures 5+ years down the road
* Best industry intellectual property now and forward-looking

All said this gives DW something he hasn't had, cash to payback long term shareholders.

Many of you may not know this, but DW & Mgt at DCHT were able to take that company NASDAQ with about $285k in revenues at time of. Meaning.... his prior experience within a program of 'up-listing' has a solid track record!

Whether it's OB/QX or whatever Management decides. Everyone's confident level should be extremely high...
