It is just too cloudy to determine why the filing and the use of terminology. It could be very simple and a predicate being laid to announce an overall agreement with Nok because TDD is becoming a reality sooner than the parties anticipated. If you recall, IDCC and Nok believed that FDD would be launched before TDD. Suddenly, we are shown a study and empirical data that says the dual launch can save operators 50%. It could be that the time is right for Nok/IDCC to take full advantage of this fact and Nok may have been forced to set 3g rates sooner than expected. The other documents may be to inform us that Sharp will pay us a one time usage fee comparable to the amount paid by NEC for the 1998 technology. Anything may happen and certainly could next week.

I want it completely understood that my reference to individuals manipulating the price through rumors WAS NOT DIRECTED AT MICKEY BRITT. Mickey has lost a lot of money as a result of the individuals that I believe instigated the rumors. I do not believe that Mickey was involved other than being used by these individuals to relay their message..

All of my postings regarding the 8k are just thoughts out loud in an effort to stimulate the opinions of others to try and understand the reasons to abandon confidentiality and include documents labeled as exhibits. Exhibits to what is the threshhold question that has caused the confusion. If they were not labeled as exhibits, then our minds would not be racing. If they had stated that they are now including the following agreements that have been the subject of previously filed 10q and 10k's, then the "exhibit" terminology is not significant. Further, if the mention of previously filed omitted portions were not present, it would be less confusing. I do not believe that it is the forbearer of future bad news.
