you misconstrue ...

it is NOT that one can not appreciate the time it takes for the s-1x to be fully investigated/addressed - then approved or denied

it IS that the 30-day timeframe-postings have been used as 'BUY BEFORE' (its approval) targets by some to goose buy-ins quickly - THIS IS WRONG!

of course, the approval/denial is an iterative process - putting timeframes on a resolution is foolish.

BTW - it will be denied IMHO
