huh? first of all fuel prices are said to be higher when its warmer as
people drive more. 2nd we had record heat waves across the country during q2
yet oil prices took a $30 per barrel nosedive. fuel prices are predictable? i
don't think so. they crashed $100 per barrel in 2008 then rallied another
$100 per barrel. they are the exact opposite of what you speak of.

When giving a target it is hardly necessary to take into account very
unlikely alternatives as far as fuel prices are concerned. Moreover, they are
usually higher during the winter than during the summer are they not?
