It's a complete joke. I have complaining at Ameritrade for weeks now. I told them over and over that level 2 for penny stocks is not working anymore and they just wouldn't get what the problem is. These are complete idiots. It would be good if others start to complain as well so they might take the time to investigate the problem finally.
