From what I can glean, they wont launch the IR/PR campaign until all of the pieces are ready. For example, very recently I was told that the glossy had grown from six to sixteen pages. That would suggest to me that there are new developments that they felt were essential for inclusion in the glossy. They now expect to receive the finished product this week and then must mail it out to an extensive network of brokers / dealers and give them a chance to read it before launching their campaign.
I think we are probably a couple of weeks away from the launch, but that is just speculation.
