Agreed the .05 price is way to high and I do think that as soon as this thing starts trading it will tank. The one thing that will save this is Assets. If they can show assets and cash then we have a different ball game. I have been in to many private & public start ups to to invest with this one right now. My biggest fear is just what you stated that if they get desperate for cash they will start selling shares. That said I do think that Jim F is a good honest man. I have had many conversations with him over thet last few years and I know he has a lot of his own money into this. I will wait and see where this thing trades if and when it starts trading again!
