These are my own personal thoughts on our share price, guys. It’s NOT a statement or a release from the company, it’s just me. I’m a shareholder too but I’m a complete amateur on the market compared to you folks. I read every post here but it takes me long into the night because I have to google just about everything you write. So be patient if I sound like a grade 6 student.

I do have MDCE’s permission to say what I’m going to say …. which is pretty remarkable. I’ve never worked for a company before that has let me express my own opinion.

Several brokerages (and one in particular), control large quantities of MDCE shares. These houses specialize in selling short ...... they're a blight on the fortunes of start-up companies like us and are infamous for their actions. Several "experts" I've talked to can identify these brokerages by name.
When there is no obvious forward movement by MDCE, these guys hang onto their shares and wait. Thus we sat at the .0007 mark for a long time.
Then we began announcing solid progress towards our opening date. These brokerages immediately started to sell. And with each subsequent piece of good news, they've sold more.
They've estimated a low point that our shares could reach ..... possibly .0001 ...... and at that point they'll buy them all up again and make a fortune because they know the company will succeed in the long run and, basically they've manipulated the whole thing.

Apparently there's not a lot we can do about this. The company has been trying to buy back as many shares as it can but we're not a multinational with bottomless pockets. We've been working hard to restructure our financing and progress has been made but it's tough to stop these short sellers.

What makes things worse is that every "honest" broker out there recognizes what's happening to us and they and their clients are hanging tight until everything sorts itself out. What would be disastrous would be if they lost confidence and started selling as well. The general feeling is that this cannot happen to us. Our progress is too good. We will get over this and when the short sellers have fully had their way with us, our shares will take off ...... and sadly those very SOBs will be the biggest winners!

A good pal of mine is a retired stockbroker. He says this, "Just hang tight. It's frustrating but it will pass. And keep the positive news coming ....... smile like everything in the garden in rosy, because in a little while it will be."

There is is guys. Take it or leave it. Just a bit of layman's logic.
