NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 19, 2005--R Wireless, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RWLS - News; the "Company") is pleased to announce completion of its name and symbol change. Effective today the new name is TX Holdings, Inc., the new symbol as assigned by NASDAQ is TXHG (Pink Sheets:TXHG - News).
The Company has undergone the name and symbol change to better reflect the business goal of the firm. TXHG is currently seeking the acquisition of proven producing oil and gas properties in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.

After one 5,000 share buy at .22 the ask shot to .60/share!! And even then I noticed the blocks for sale were 2500 and 500 instead of the usual 5000; there must not be that many shares available to sell. The Market Makers must know something we don't for it to shoot up so fast without any buying.
This also emphasizes the fact that this thing can fly on the slightest bit of news.
I believe there's a big hint in that PR.
