Copies of the PR's with documented proof that the Distribution Agreement did not occur. I also bought heavy into the bogus PR. Man, if you can provide that and the same for the Audit Engagement I don't see how the SEC would ignore it. You have not only one PR with pure misinformation disseminated, but two.
