If investors could sue Howard it would have done long ago. False financial statements; misinformation on PR's, etc. The problem is that Howard apparently has no money. And no legal firm that specializes in shareholder suits is going to touch a case on contigency when there is no clear evidence of recover. Are you going to pay a 5 figure retainer otherwise?
