You asked why they didn't do that with 2011 and Q1 2012. I offered up one possibility.

I certainly hope that they audit and file Q2 with Edgars, on time would be a nice change of pace. We were told several times that the financials were being audited. We just assumed or never asked which ones, since Q2 is all that is left at this point, that better be the ones they were talking about.
