Not completely correct figures as I understand it to assume 25% per quarter possible of the total B's. It's not 25% of total. It's 25% per quarter, per preferred B holder that has more than 2000 B shares. Dustin holds 17Ml of the total and he is subject to 144 restrictions and would only be able to convert about 5000 shares per 90 days, far less than the 25% figure.
But again, I do believe the total number out there is an anchor on ANDI. Dustin took a small step on reduction recently. Would like to see a BIG one now. He still controls things, if we wanted to award himself shares later down the road after we have increased the PPS, he could do so. But a large reduction now would be received well. Add some back when PPS is a buck or something....
